What it is

EMFEMME 360 uses radiofrequency energy to warm selected internal and external intimate tissue. We discuss it with clients who have concerns about laxity, dryness, or changes in sensation, after a careful consultation.
Internally, you may have questions about dryness, lubrication, or a change in how intimacy feels. Externally, you may be noticing looser labial folds, asymmetry, or discomfort in fitted clothing. These are different concerns, and we make time for both without assuming they need the same care.
This is different from EMSELLA, which stimulates pelvic floor muscles through a chair. Your symptoms, health history, and goals determine whether either treatment is appropriate.
How it works
Controlled warmth, with your comfort first
EMFEMME 360 uses a radiofrequency applicator to deliver controlled warmth to selected tissue. Treatment may include an internal portion and external labial areas, depending on your plan.
We explain the applicator, gel, sensations, and treatment areas before starting. Energy-based intimate treatment has limitations and risks, and it is not a replacement for gynecologic evaluation or surgery.

Does the treatment include internal and external areas?+
Our EMFEMME plan includes internal treatment and external labial folds. At consultation, we explain which areas are appropriate for you and confirm exactly what your package includes.
I feel nervous about undressing. What can I expect?+
You have privacy to prepare, and we explain what happens before we start. Tell us what would help you feel more comfortable. Any before-and-after photographs of you are optional.
Can this change the shape or symmetry of my labia?+
Labia naturally vary in size and shape. We can discuss external tissue laxity, but radiofrequency does not remove tissue or offer the same changes as surgery. An assessment helps clarify realistic options.
When can I return to intimacy?+
Ask for instructions specific to your treatment before leaving. Do not treat a general no-downtime description as clearance if you have discomfort or other symptoms.
How is EMFEMME different from EMSELLA?+
EMFEMME uses radiofrequency warmth on selected intimate tissue. EMSELLA uses electromagnetic contractions to work pelvic floor muscles. They are different treatments and are not interchangeable.
How long does an appointment take?+
Plan around 25 minutes for treatment, depending on the areas included. The internal portion is about eight minutes, with additional time for external treatment and preparation.
How many sessions are recommended?+
We commonly plan three weekly treatments, then allow time to assess your response. Additional care or maintenance is individualized.
Can I have treatment after childbirth?+
Only after appropriate recovery and clearance from your obstetric or gynecologic clinician. We do not use a fixed postpartum date as a substitute for that assessment.
Can I book during my period?+
We ask you to schedule EMFEMME outside menstruation. Contact us if your cycle changes around an appointment.
Does this replace gynecologic treatment or surgery?+
No. Dryness, discomfort, bleeding, and sexual symptoms may have medical causes. Energy-based intimate treatment has risks and does not reproduce surgery or treat every cause of a symptom. We discuss alternatives and referral when appropriate.
