We use the Tetra Pro CO₂ laser to resurface carefully selected upper and lower eyelid skin. The treatment is sometimes called non-surgical blepharoplasty, but it tightens and renews skin rather than removing tissue as surgery does.

Focused laser resurfacing for the upper and lower eyelids
Our non-surgical eyelid treatment uses the 10,600 nm Tetra Pro CO₂ laser to resurface selected skin near the eyes. Controlled treatment of the surface is paired with heat in the dermis to stimulate a healing and collagen response.
The name non-surgical blepharoplasty describes the aesthetic goal, not the surgical procedure. Laser resurfacing can improve skin quality and mild laxity, but it does not make an incision, remove skin, or reposition fat.
How it works
Precise CO₂ energy renews delicate eyelid skin
The laser creates a fractional pattern of microscopic treatment columns while leaving intervening tissue intact to support healing. Settings are selected specifically for the eyelid area rather than borrowed from a full-face protocol.
Controlled thermal energy also supports new collagen. The surface heals first, while texture and firmness can continue changing over the following months.

Under-eye bags, shadows, loose skin, and crepey texture can look similar but come from different anatomy. The consultation determines whether resurfacing is capable of doing the job you want done.

After numbing and cleansing, specialized internal ocular shields are placed before laser treatment near the lash line. Your provider then treats the planned upper and lower eyelid areas with customized settings.

No. Surgical blepharoplasty can remove or reposition skin and fat. Our treatment uses CO₂ laser resurfacing to improve selected eyelid texture, fine lines, and mild laxity without surgical incisions or removal of fat pads.
Can it treat both the upper and lower eyelids?+

Who may not be a candidate?+
Fully ablative CO₂ is not appropriate for every skin type, pigment condition, medical history, medication, or healing profile. We currently limit this protocol to appropriate Fitzpatrick types 1–3 and confirm candidacy at consultation.
