Brett Ashley McMillan includes a complimentary facial assessment at every filler appointment. We favor a conservative approach, and we will tell you if more filler is not the right answer.
How it works
Thoughtful placement makes the difference
Hyaluronic acid filler is a gel placed beneath the skin to add volume and support. We select the product and placement for the area, movement, and result you want.
Our current filler collections include RHA and EVOLYSSE. Different products suit different goals, so your consultation focuses on the treatment and your features rather than choosing a brand in isolation.

We assess your whole face, discuss the change you want, and agree on product, areas, and cost. Before photos help document your starting point.

Numb + carefully place
Topical numbing is used for comfort. Brett places the selected filler with the goal of a balanced result, checking how each area works with your features.

Heal + review
You can see an immediate change, but swelling and bruising can temporarily affect the result. We explain aftercare, follow-up, and how to contact us with concerns.

Injectable Reward Program
Injectable clients automatically earn tiered rewards on eligible Jeuveau, Botox, dermal filler, and Kybella treatments during each 12-month rewards cycle.
Reward tiers, qualifying purchases, and available gifts can change. We keep track of the program balance and confirm current benefits at your appointment.
Save $100 on a signature lip-building treatment
Begin with a half syringe of lip filler, then return within the eligible follow-up window for the remaining half syringe and receive $100 off the completed full syringe.
The follow-up treatment is generally completed within four to six weeks. We will confirm candidacy, timing, and product requirements.
Dermal filler result guarantee
If your healed result falls short of the outcome discussed and reasonably expected, we will evaluate the concern and may provide a complimentary adjustment or corrective service at our discretion.
Concerns must be reported within 14 days or the designated follow-up window. The guarantee does not cover preference changes, normal swelling or bruising, healing variation, or additional product beyond the original plan.

What is the difference between filler and Botox?+
Filler adds volume and support. Botox and Jeuveau reduce selected muscle activity that creates expression lines. We may recommend one, the other, or a planned combination depending on the concern.
Should I start with a half or full syringe in my lips?+
We often start conservatively with a half syringe, but your anatomy and goals determine the amount. You do not need to decide on a syringe count before Brett has assessed you.
Will I bruise or swell?+
Both are possible, and healing varies. We provide preparation and aftercare instructions. Never stop prescribed medications or start supplements for bruising without discussing them with the appropriate clinician.
What does your filler satisfaction policy cover?+
Contact us within fourteen days of treatment, or after complete healing as outlined in your follow-up plan, if the result falls short of what was discussed. We assess the concern and may provide an adjustment or corrective service at our discretion. Changes in preference, normal swelling, bruising, and individual healing are not covered. Additional product beyond the original plan is charged normally; concerns outside the review window may be treated as new appointments.
Can hyaluronic acid filler be dissolved?+
Hyaluronidase may be used to dissolve hyaluronic acid filler when appropriate. It requires assessment and has its own risks; it is not a reason to skip careful planning in the first place.
Do you treat under-eye hollows and other specialized areas?+
We assess tear troughs, temples, facial folds, lips, chin, cheeks, jawline, and other selected areas. Not every shadow or bag is caused by missing volume, and some areas carry greater risk. Brett explains candidacy, alternatives, and the limits of treatment.
How does the Signature Lip offer work?+
Many clients build gradually with a half syringe first. Receive a $100 discount when an additional half syringe is booked within four to six weeks under our Signature Lip offer. We confirm eligibility and timing before you book.
